Welcome to Detail Site Pro. By accessing or using detailsitepro.com or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Detail Site Pro provides website templates, hosting, CRM tools, automations, and setup services for auto detailers and related businesses. We may update or improve these services at any time.

Subscription and Billing
By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges of $99 per month until you cancel. Payments are processed through Stripe. You are responsible for keeping your billing information valid and up to date.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if work has not yet begun on your website setup. Once onboarding, customization, template installation, branding, or account configuration has started, no refunds are provided. Canceling your subscription does not result in refunds for previous monthly charges.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, avoid using Detail Site Pro for illegal or deceptive activities, and refrain from copying or reselling any templates, designs, workflows, or systems. You agree to maintain accurate contact and billing information and to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws.

Intellectual Property
All templates, designs, workflows, automations, code, and training materials provided by Detail Site Pro remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use them only while subscribed. You may not duplicate, resell, transfer, or redistribute any part of the platform or its systems. You retain ownership of your own logos, photos, written content, and business information, but the underlying design system and platform remain the property of Detail Site Pro.

Website Content Ownership
You own the content you provide, including business information, images, and text. We own the website template, design framework, and backend systems that power your site.

Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your website and CRM access may be disabled. We are not required to export or transfer your website design or systems. We may suspend or terminate service at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability
Detail Site Pro is not liable for business losses, downtime, errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client, or failures caused by third-party providers. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes must first be submitted to us at [email protected]. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in California.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
